We have been having reports of our flange wiring kits leaking after a few months not just a few days. We were testing them for 5 days soaking them in water, but it is not as telling as we would like. We cannot test them with gasoline because of fuel vapor laws.
At this point we are taking them off of the market so Chris can study what is going wrong. We hope to bring them back out, but there is no ETA at this time. We apologize for this, but we don't want to inconvenience our loyal customers and dealers any further.

Sample tank completed. See link below for pictures of our first attempt at using a material inside the tank to fill the pores and allow us to paint it. The next step is letting gas sit in it and see if it starts to bubble the paint. After we confirm this method works and customers can paint the tanks we will release this new version for purchase. Still hoping for an end of the month completion date.

Currently, the new mold has been brought to our shop and Chris has sanded out all imperfections. Above, Chris is polishing it before it is sent to the plastics plant for production. Due to the recent increase in shipping cost with both UPS and USPS we have recently re-evaluated our business plan. USPS has become unreliable in their delivery times and since they lost a few of our packages recently shipped within the U.S. we knew it was time for a change. We are committed to giving you the very best service in every aspect of your purchase with us which is why we have decided to drop USPS all together.
UPS has an amazing group of people working for them that when we reached out for help we were overwhelmed with the response and solutions we received. UPS services have always been our favorite because of the insurance coverage, tracking updates and guaranteed services. With the increase in volume, our amazing customers have given us the ability to negotiate rates with UPS which is another reason we want to turn all shipping business over to them. The more volume we have, the better rates we can pass on to our customers and as always we never charge handling fees.
We understand that some of our international customers may have had problems in the past with UPS and their brokerage fees, but with our recent negotiation in rates it should be better. Please also see the explanation of benefits below.
Ideally, we would like to have dealers and distributors carry and sell our Cycleworks products all over the world to avoid having to charge international customers the shipping. We will continue working towards that goal as much as possible. Parcels will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
UPS brokerage must be used to receive benefits listed above. Use of third party brokers is not recommended.

Thanks everyone for your patience while we transitioned hosting companies!
Growth is never easy; we outgrew the environment we launched the new website on, but after a year's worth of orders, the database got slower and slower to the point that connecting to our site would take 20 seconds! So we moved to a new hosting company that specializes in MySql driven applications, only these folks couldn't sort out the SSL cert chain problem!
Yesterday, I moved our domain to yet another database specialist hosting company, one that gives its customers cpanel. With cpanel, I was able to handle installing the SSL certificate chain myself and got it done correctly! It feels like now we are back to the functionality we had before this big upset; only now, the site is much much faster.
