Why?

Due to the recent increase in shipping cost with both UPS and USPS we have recently re-evaluated our business plan. USPS has become unreliable in their delivery times and since they lost a few of our packages recently shipped within the U.S. we knew it was time for a change. We are committed to giving you the very best service in every aspect of your purchase with us which is why we have decided to drop USPS all together.

UPS has an amazing group of people working for them that when we reached out for help we were overwhelmed with the response and solutions we received. UPS services have always been our favorite because of the insurance coverage, tracking updates and guaranteed services. With the increase in volume, our amazing customers have given us the ability to negotiate rates with UPS which is another reason we want to turn all shipping business over to them. The more volume we have, the better rates we can pass on to our customers and as always we never charge handling fees.

International Customers

We understand that some of our international customers may have had problems in the past with UPS and their brokerage fees, but with our recent negotiation in rates it should be better. Please also see the explanation of benefits below.

Ideally, we would like to have dealers and distributors carry and sell our Cycleworks products all over the world to avoid having to charge international customers the shipping. We will continue working towards that goal as much as possible. Here is how you can help, if you have a favorite dealer nearby that is open to selling aftermarket parts please let them know we have a dealer/distributor program and have them email us at orders@ca-cycleworks.com for more details. We already have distributors in Australia, Canada and New Zealand please see below for their contact information.

We prefer UPS because they do a better job with tracking, insurance and guaranteed delivery dates.

Canada Shipments:

Parcels will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

UPS brokerage must be used to receive benefits listed above. Use of third party brokers is not recommended.
